St. Peter parish is currently seeking a full time secretary for the Parish Office. Duties include (but not limited to) maintain calendar for appointments and facility usage, prepare weekly bulletin, publish content to parish website, maintain sacramental records, distribute parish-wide communications, and provide secretarial support. This person will work directly under the Business Manager who is under the guidance of the Pastor. Must possess good communication, organization, and independent working skills as well as be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
