RESPECT LIFE COMMITTEEPro-Life Committee promotes activities related to the respect for and the protection of all human life from the moment of conception until natural death. A Holy Hour of Adoration is dedicated to this ministry every Friday at 8:00 p.m.
WELCOMING COMMITTEEWhat a great opportunity to meet people and get to know the newest members of St. Peter! The Welcoming Committee is responsible for greeting new parishioners as they join our parish family. “Welcoming” consists of taking a welcoming gift bag with information about the church and school and the many opportunities for stewardship to the home of the new parishioner. This can be done by an individual or by your whole family, and most people add their own personal touch with a baked good or a sweet treat. Each committee member is assigned to welcome new parishioners only a few times a year, and you can schedule the meetings at your convenience. Please sign up for this ministry and help us make a great first impression with our newest parishioners. The Welcoming Committee also hosts an annual reception for all the parishioners who have joined in the past year.
