Families with children enrolled in PREP ( Parish Religious Education Program) gathered on Sunday, August 22nd for an opening assembly.

Activities that morning included faith sharing with each other, learning the song Rise and Shine, meeting the catechists and finding classrooms, and autographing a special banner that will be hung in the school.

It was truly a wonderful Spirit filled morning. We are all very excited for another year of PREP.

We celebrated this feast day in true style with lots and lots of water, not to mention a good dunking!

St. John the Baptist was a great prophet. He pointed Jesus out and prepared people to follow Jesus. Today and always let's listen to the advice of St. John and allow Jesus to become more and more important in our own lives.

St. John the Baptist, pray for us!
